Terms & Conditions — cuci10 Platform

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and cuci10 ("cuci10", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the cuci10 platform accessible at cuci10.cam ("Platform").

cuci10 is an online casino and sports betting information and entertainment platform designed primarily for adult users in Malaysia. The Platform offers access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery content and related entertainment services.

By registering an account or by continuing to access the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. This Agreement is effective from the date of your first access to the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
• "Eligible User" means any individual who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• "Platform" means the cuci10 website at cuci10.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces and content.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, arcade games and any other entertainment content made available via the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency referenced on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm user identity and payment ownership.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Services is unlawful under applicable local law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on cuci10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cuci10 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of cuci10 or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by cuci10 for a breach of this Agreement.

cuci10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence or passport) and supporting address documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the suspension of Account access pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on the cuci10 Platform. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances and the immediate termination of all associated Accounts.

Terms of Use

Your use of the cuci10 Platform is subject to the following conditions. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• You must use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, manipulate or exploit any game mechanic, software vulnerability, promotional offer or payment process through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, crawler, scraper or similar tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• You must not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any conduct that distorts the outcome of a bet or game on the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform for any money-laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of criminal conduct.
• You must not reproduce, publish or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cuci10.
• You must not access the Platform if you are located in a Prohibited Territory where doing so would be unlawful.

Payment Terms

The cuci10 Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in MYR, including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Bonuses & Promotions

cuci10 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements or loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions and expiry periods which will be published at the time each promotion is made available.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible User, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash outside of any applicable wagering requirements.
• cuci10 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering or exploiting technical errors — will result in disqualification and may lead to Account termination.

Responsible Gambling

cuci10 is committed to promoting safe and responsible play. Online gambling involves financial risk and is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. cuci10 strongly advises all Users to set personal limits and to seek assistance if gambling ceases to be an enjoyable activity.

The Platform provides access to deposit limit settings, session time controls and self-exclusion tools within the Account portal. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the cuci10 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, database structures, written content, graphics, video and audio materials — are owned by or licensed to cuci10. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of cuci10.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci10, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions or technical failures.

cuci10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network environment are adequately secured.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

cuci10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have provided false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose cuci10 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after settlement of pending bets may be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and cuci10's fraud review process.

Amendments to These Terms

cuci10 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cuci10 will publish the revised Agreement on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting cuci10 support.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which cuci10 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through cuci10's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents cuci10 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any territory.
